Sometimes you just need an expert to help you install that perfect bathroom. Instead of staring guiltily at coathooks that have been sulking in their box for three years, now all you have to do is hand over your credit-card details.
The idea that untrained people could, by an act of desire, transform themselves into skilled tradesmen and women was always a delusion.
